    Hey C, not sure if my earlier e-mail went thru, but I’m hoping to pick your brain about “fried pizza dough.” I don’t have a deep fryer but I’m assuming a skillet with a copious amount of oil will suffice. Variations on a theme. Great family story by the way. Got some pizza dough at Trader Joe’s to play with. Did you have some jam or jelly with it? Not inside it, right?
