Leftover Stuffing Balls

Leftover Stuffing Balls

a crispy way to take advantage of leftovers

I refuse to throw away leftovers. Everything is eaten in our house. It’s from leftovers that these crispy little stuffing balls were born.

Make them in a flash, then enjoy them as they are or on top of a hearty soup, stew, or chili. They’re also delicious served as a snack with Homemade Italian Dressing or BBQ Sauce.
