I refuse to throw away leftovers. Everything is eaten in our house. It’s from leftovers that these crispy little stuffing balls were born.

- Olive Oil
- Chicken Broth
1. Roll stuffing into small palm-sized balls. If it is too dry, add chicken broth to soften.
3. Serve alone or as a topping to a soup or stew.
- Serve them on top a fresh green salad.
