Oyster Butter

We served this butter on top of Homemade Popovers hot out of the oven. You better believe it was a hit! Serve it yourself with chicken or seafood, or even on top of toast at Sunday brunch with a fried egg right on top. More on Oyster Butter »

Maple Mustard

Play with your mustard! For the love of condiments, it's a really great base for all sorts of sauces and toppings. I created this version of mustard to decorate some Sweet Potato Fritters, but it would be delish on pork tenderloin, crunchy crudite, or a good ol' fashioned ham sandwich. More on Maple Mustard »

Fresh Peach Basil Puree

I love serving this fresh, light sauce with super creamy cheeses, or super spicy anything.  I first served it as a base to fresh mozzarella with a thin slice of hard smoked chorizo, in fact.  Try it with blackened fish, or brie and toast, or even as a refreshing salsa on top a spicy chop.
