Autumn Smoked Shrimp

a great way to start a meal I enjoy making a different shrimp dish from time to time - and what a versatile item it is.  Over the years, I have crafted up multitudes of recipes for shrimp: citrus flavored shrimp, cheese stuffed shrimp, cranberry shrimp—you name it. I have bought fresh shrimp, frozen shrimp (to make cleaning shrimp easy), big shrimp, cocktail shrimp…  But perhaps what is most appropriate during the cooler months is my Autumn Smoked Shrimp Appetizer.
