Cajun Pizza

for people who like their food hot! Someone once asked me to come up with a spicy pizza that was really easy to make. Hence, my Cajun Pizza. This Cajun Pizza is a great one to add to your regular pizza repertoire, if you ask me. It is amazingly flavorful and a nice surprise. Mushroom Pizza

a fast dinner or a crowd pleasing appetizer Pizza is a “go to” meal in my house. Because it is so easy to make, easy to store and there are endless toppings from which to choose, we sometimes get “pizza-ed out”. But this mushroom pizza is loaded with flavor – mostly thanks to the types of mushrooms that are on it – portobella, cremini and shiitake. They are quite hearty mushrooms. I recommend calling your local pizza parlor and asking if you can buy their dough from them. I have found that this promises to be a great start to a terrific pizza. Or, some of the grocery stores (like Trader Joes) carry uncooked dough. If nothing else, there is always Boboli pizza crusts found in most grocery stores.
