This week’s podcast production of What’s Hot with Molly, Kelly and Caitlin is coming to you packed with laughter. Unlike some of our business podcasts which aim to give you tools that set you up for success in the workplace, this podcast recording offers you tips and tricks when it comes to dating and dining. We are here to tell you that finding that perfect match does not mean that you need to start advertising on the web or start an email marketing campaign to do so.  Just be yourself.  Ha! Imagine that.  We repeat, just be yourself.

However, if you feel like you need a few dating tips to help you feel more comfortable – or want to get some of the dos and don’ts clarified, this podcast is for you. We had the distinct pleasure of having two well-informed guests on our show: Julie Hayes, former owner of Los Angeles-based dating agency providing dating services (one of the premier dating agencies when she was running it), The Social Network Company. And, we had a woman who is near and dear to our foodie hearts, Julie Niesen of winemedinemecincinnati.com, author of the #1 food blog in the city of Cincinnati.

We started the episode off talking, as we always do, about things that are Hot.  And boy did we have a ton of ideas.  If you are looking for something to do this November, be sure to listen to the first 15 minutes of our show.

Then, for the next 30 minutes we got to talking about dating and dining. Dating on line is a hot topic right now.  But what about if you are too timid to try the online thing? Or, what about those of you who are sick of the bar scene? Where else can we go to meet quality people?  And then once you have met that special someone, how in the world should you handle the holidays?  When is it too early to talk kids and marriage?  Where do you take your date for that perfect evening?  Oh the questions are endless.  Listen to this podcast to get some expert advice (literally).  And while you are at it, listen to what a few “old married girls” (namely Kelly and Caitlin) have to say about the perfect match search.

Julie Hayes, a match maker herself, decided to start her dating agency after she was successfully setting up her friends and family.  And Julie Niesen decided to follow her own advice and write about a subject she loved: food and eating.  Now, a few years later she has one of the most esteemed websites in the city of Cincinnati.  And so my friends, do what you love and you will find success. Lesson learned.

And finally, the FOOD: The last 10 minutes of the show this week, Caitlin impressed us all with her perfect menu for date night in.  Pesto Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Tomatoes, Citrus Couscous and Chocolate Covered Bananas with Macadamia Nuts – a delectable meal.
