Why Podcasts and Radio?

Somewhere along this crazy ride on the cookingwithcaitlin.com machine, Molly, Kelly, and Caitlin ran smack dab into opportunity at the Clear Channel Communications radio network.

Having not a clue about the ways radio works, but all sorts of fantasies about hearing ourselves on one, we jumped at the chance. We are pleased to report that every Sunday, 3-4 EST, you may hear us broadcast What’s Hot with Molly, Kelly, and Caitlin from the 55KRC station. We are streaming radio live to everything from the first radio you ever got to your phone radio to the internet on your laptop.

The Radio Shows are about the Guests

Not quite sure how a cooking class would translate over a radio broadcasting, we have been careful to mold our show not just around the cookingwithcaitlin.com food that brought this opportunity to light, but around the interesting folks we’ve met at the cookingwithcaitlin.com table because of the food. Even the name of our show – What’s Hot with Molly, Kelly, and Caitlin – was chosen to communicate that we are talking to everyone and about everything we think is “hot.” Very early into our radio adventure we learned that we make the best radio when we are just being our curious selves in conversation with folks who fascinate us.

So that’s what we do. For an hour, Molly, Kelly, and Caitlin have the great fortune of chatting with some truly brilliant characters from all sorts of industries, and all corners of the Earth. We begin each show with a list of the “hot” events and good news happening within Greater Cincinnati, the worldwide web, and the world. We end each show with a smattering of Caitlin’s tips and tricks on everyday food. And sandwiched between that beginning and ever-so tasty end, is a spirited conversation with our special guest.

We're always on the lookout for great stories to tell and people to chat it up with every Sunday. We're focusing on all that makes up a well-lived life. Where: Direction to the studio: Directions. Please park above ground and enter into the lobby of the first Clear Channel building you approach.

When: The show takes place on Sundays from 3 PM - 4 PM est. We meet at 2:45 sharp in the lobby.

What: Please provide 7-10 bullet points of key discussion topics prior to your appearance.
