Transform your favorite fungi into a refrigerator staple perfect for lunches and last-minute dinners. Bake your burgers on Sunday, and make sure you have pitas and Tzatziki** nearby. When it’s time to eat, warm the bread and the burgers and assemble these healthy, hearty, and deeelicious sandwiches.
