How to Slice an Onion

As it usually happens, while Caitlin is cooking, Kelly and I can be found standing around waiting to be told what to do. This time, I decided to snap a few photos of Caitlin slicing up a red onion. This is step-by-step photo sequence was taken without Caitlin realizing I was hard at work.
