At this time of year, and especially in the Ohio, corn on the cob is a treat. The corn is perfectly sweet and crunchy in all of the right places. Cooking corn on the cob in the microwave is a lot simpler when on the move. However I’ve found that it is even easier, and equally if not more, tasteful than the above video suggests. Take an ear of corn with husk still intact and wrap it with wax paper, twisting it at the ends (like a tootsie roll) and microwave for 2 min. Peel (carefully because it will be steaming) and enjoy sweet delicious corn! The husk and wax paper act as an incubator allowing the corn to cook with it’s natural juices.
