Have you ever had to feed 70 people without running water? Or what about having to prepare a meal for 50 with only a butter knife - and a plastic butter knife at that?  We have.  Or shall I say, Caitlin has. Kelly and I just stood on the sidelines and tried to be as supportive as we possibly could. There’s a fine line though of being supportive and getting in the way…but that’s a story for another day.

My point is, Caitlin handles just about every situation with the utmost professionalism; she exudes calm, cool and collected.  It is hard to phase the girl.  I often find it quite entertaining, and certainly downright admirable.

Here I thought I would share a classic “Caitlin” moment with you. Check it out - there are about 80 people loitering in the background ready to eat what she’s grilling.

This was the final product, however - The Asparagus Slaw Burger.  Oh that Caitlin.
