Popcorn Toppers - White Cheddar
for the mexican food lover
Having a Mexican-themed party, why not prepare some popcorn with chili lime salt for your guests? This will surely get people’s mouth’s dancing for the delicious delights to follow (try Stone Fruit Quesadilla,Mole Burger or Fried Ice Cream).
You can make this flavored popcorn a few days in advance and keep in popcorn tins or popcorn bags and have the dressed up old fashioned popcorn ready to serve at any time.

- 2 Bags White Cheddar Popcorn
- 1/4 Cup Chili Lime Salt, to taste

1. Empty popcorn into a larger bag – I like to use a brown paper bag. Add chili lime salt (can be found in the baking aisle with all the other seasonings), shake and serve.

- Mix it up and serve the popcorn in various bowls of different shapes and sizes. This will dress up the appetizer.
