Pittsburgh Panini Burger - Burger

- Yield: 12 4 oz. Burgers
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
all ingredients
- 3 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cracked Black Pepper
recipe instruction
1. Combine together and form into 12 equal patties – 4 oz. each.
2. Grill 7 minutes first side use slotted spatula to flip and cook about 3 minutes on the second side
helpful hints
- When you put the burger on the grill - flip it only once. Resist the urge to squish it down and flip it multiple times. This way you can keep the juices from running!
