all ingredients
- 1 Pound Flank Steak
- Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
recipe instruction
1. Season the flank steak with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
2. In a large sauté pan, turn the heat to medium high, drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Place your flank steak in the hot pan and let cook 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness.
3. Once the steak in seared on the one side, flip and let cook another 5 minutes.
4. When it is done to your liking, let rest a couple minutes and the cut the meat thinly against the grain.
5. Serve and enjoy!
