Homemade Beer BBQ Sauce
pork’s crowning glory
This easy recipe evolved from my Beer Braised Pork Shoulder recipe. It’s the perfect topper to the hand-shredded pork. Drizzle or pour the homemade barbecue sauce on top of a barbecue pork open-faced sandwich on crusty bread. You will not be disappointed.

all ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Cooking Liquid or Beer
- 1 Can Plain Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Coriander
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt

1. In a large sauté pan, combine all of your ingredients. Whisk together and cook on medium heat.
2. Once all the ingredients are combined, reduce to low heat and drizzle on top of your pulled pork for an amazing sandwich.
