Escape from the Expected
We are very fortunate in that I get to spend a great amount of time imagining the possibilities. We pride ourselves in never having served the same thing twice, and trust me, this has not always been easy. But, what it has done is encourage me to be very creative.
This idea has Kelly’s mouth Zumba-ing all day long. The salty, smoky, crispy flavor of pancetta will become an easy go-to idea the next time you are “an appetizer” for the next gathering.
