Caramel-Dunked Marshmallows Dredged in SunChips

- 1 Bag Big Marshmallows
- 1 Bag Caramel Candies
- ½ Cup Water
- 2 Cups Original SunChips Crumbs, ground like breadcrumbs

- Combine your unwrapped caramel candies and water in a non-stick sauté pan. Turn to medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, and cook until the caramel has melted completely. Reduce heat to low.
- When the caramel is still melted, dunk one end of each marshmallow into the caramel, and then dredge the caramel into the SunChips crumbs.
- Place the marshmallows on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and let cool.

- Be careful when working with melted caramel because it is amazingly hot and will stick to your skin. To save your fingers, stick a tooth pick in each marshmallow to dredge it in the hot caramel.
