Aunt Norma’s Biscuits
It only takes one time of making biscuits from scratch before you start to crave them regularly. So keep this recipe handy. We learned this from our Aunt Norma who published her own cookbook many years ago and continues to teach eager foodies how to cook.
Sweeten the biscuits by adding a little more sugar to the dough and some cinnamon too. Before you place in the oven, brush the tops with milk and sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Sweet or savory, enjoy them all week long — for Sunday brunch, Tuesday’s lunch, or Thursday’s supper with crispy fried chicken and melty Corn Butter.
