    Texas BBQ is the best. It is so hard to find in Cincy. Everything is based on BRISKET or BEEF, so little pork and nothing is pulled, only chopped. Sause is peppery and rich, not sweet or vinegar based. I miss TX BBQ so much. Lived there 45 years, been here 3. Smoke it slow, cook it all day. it is the best.
    Any suggestions>!!
