- 6 Ounces Goat Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Marjoram
- Salt

- Add the goat cheese, cream, and marjoram to a small sauce pot. Turn to medium-high heat.
- Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is a smooth consistency. Season with salt to taste. Turn off the heat.
