Easy Holiday Baking (A Big Bowl of Whipped Tweets)

It was really quite a bash after all. #FNIchat, that is. Monday we met with our favorite foodies to dish on holiday baking, the virtues of fruitcake, and the egg beaters that are revolutionizing the whip.

You know we gather in our Twitter kitchen every Monday afternoon for Foodies’ Night In (#FNIchat), but this week was particularly spirited. The event was presented by OXO, and inspired by their dazzling new egg beaters. Honestly, it feels a little silly to characterize egg beaters as “dazzling”, but the fact is they have all sorts of party tricks. I mean, really, just makes you want to whip something up, right?? Well, this overwhelming urge is great news too, because we’ve got all sorts of suggestions for you hot-hot-hot from the Twitterverse.
