Around the holidays, many people start to get nervous about carving the turkey. After fielding calls about how to best carve a turkey, we decided to make a video to help make your lives easier.

I would have liked to see her carve the thighs and legs instead of just putting them on a platter whole. Also, FYI, that part she is callng the “backbone” is not the backbone. The part she refers to is actually the breastbone. Since the turkey is lying on it’s back, the spine (backbone) is actually on the cutting board.
