Sweet & Sour Chicken Salad

- 1 Pound Shredded Chicken**
- ½ Cup Mayo
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- ¼ Cup Oriental Wok’s Sweet & Sour Sauce
- I Serrano Chile
- ½ Cup Golden Raisins

- Prep your ingredients: finely mince chiles, warm and shred (if needed) the chicken.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, Sweet & Sour Sauce, and mustard.
- Fold the dressing into your warm chicken, raisins, and chiles. Make sure the chicken’s warm because it will absorb more sauce.
- Wrap the bowl of salad and store it in the refrigerator. Serve with toast or in a wrap of lettuce.
