Sesame Shortbread Cookies

Sesame Shortbread Cookies

Enjoy these savory little cookies often, but be sure to offer them the next time you entertain. Save the baking for right before your guests arrive, and greet them at the door with the rich, buttery aroma that pours from the oven. Serve them with a lump of Oriental Wok-Marinated Goat Cheese and a simple herb salad right on top, or as a treat all by themselves.
