Gourmet Burger Recipe (will put hair on your chest)
This gourmet burger recipe was such a hit that we were able to bring it back during a filming session (series coming soon). During this, we taught Cincinnati Red’s Pitcher Bronson Arroyo…
He Man Burger
In support of one of our favorite charities, The Cure Starts Now, we created a menu celebrating all things “Super Heroes”. Hence, the He Man Burger was born. This burger truly is an easy one, but definitely puts a gourmet spin on your meal. When you deconstruct the burger, it is as much about the seemingly gourmet burger toppings as it is the burger itself.
This gourmet burger recipe was such a hit that we were able to bring it back during a filming session (series coming soon). During this, we taught Cincinnati Red’s Pitcher Bronson Arroyo how to make the gourmet burger. While Bronson may be fantastic on the field, he doesn’t find himself in the kitchen much…
Lesson: if Bronson can do it, so can you.

cooking tips
**Most of this gourmet burger can be made ahead of time. The burgers can be formed in advance, the bacon can be crisped up, cheese sliced, sauce made. Grill to order and top to your liking.
**I always save leftover bacon fat. It’s a great substitute for butter and oil, but a lot more flavorful. I also use bacon fat in Captain American Cheese Arancini and Dare Deviled Eggs.
