Fourth of July Menu
It seems that Memorial Day was just yesterday and now we find ourselves smack dab in the middle of the summer. Wow how time flies. As the Fourth of July holiday weekend looms, I (Molly) find myself trying to plan out the food menu for the weekend’s festivities. And, like always I run through the mental Rolodex of Caitlin’s creations mixing and matching what fits the occasion.

And, like always I run through the mental Rolodex of Caitlin’s creations mixing and matching what fits the occasion.
It has dawned on me that the menu from our recent Third Thursday event (sponsored by I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter) would make for a perfect holiday weekend menu. The recipes are easy, and the presentation beautiful. And, there are even portions of the menu that I can dish out to “he who mans the grill” and have a little help.
On this Independence Day, if you need a little help trying to determine what to serve, I hope this helps.
