Campfire Favorites: An #FNI Follow Up
I would totally be game to gather around a campfire for all the grub I learned about today.
I know very little about camping. I know that toilet paper can be a luxury, that I can never find a place to plug in my hair dryer, and that javelina roam the campgrounds of Northern Arizona. (Go ahead, click on that ol’ javelina link there. It’ll get your attention.) So here’s the thing about camping: I’ve done it just enough to learn the aforementioned, and I’ve turned in my canteen for good.
A Change of Heart
Having participated in today’s Foodies’ Night In, however, I do appreciate camping in a whole new way. While I’m still not interested in sleeping on anything other than a mattress, I would totally be game to gather around a campfire for all the grub I learned about today. As always, I spent the latter part of my afternoon in a state of enlightenment as I paid attention to, and sometimes even partook in, the camping-focused conversation hosted by our weekly hosts, @Girlfriendology and @cozifamily, and expertly guided by @savvyhost, @venturepax, and @SusanKYuen.
