We asked our friends on Twitter and Facebook for the names of some of their favorite cookbooks. You can be sure that people feel very strongly about their preference. I, for one, am excited to have this information. I am a member of not one but two book clubs (one of which is online), perhaps this ought to be the foundation of a cookbook club.
Within the pages of the cookbooks listed below, I am sure there are a few all time favorite recipes, some soon-to-be family favorite recipes, and surely a few healthy recipes. At least that is what I am hoping for.
Below is a direct copy of each person’s response to the question: What is your favorite cookbook?
- @ktjocook : “More With Less”, “Simply in Season” & “Extending the Table” – all great resources!
- @AmateurFoodies Favorite is so difficult. Most recent inspiration though: Momofuku.
