What’s Hot: Polly Campbell and the Restaurant Scene

This week on What’s Hot with Molly, Kelly and Caitlin, we dished with the Cincinnati Enquirer’s Restaurant Critic, Polly Campbell.  A second time guest on What’s Hot (the first time we have had the same person on twice), Polly gave us the inside scoop on all of the restaurants that are soon to open in and around Cincinnati, not to mention dishing on a few of her already opened favorites.

So this holiday season, if you are looking for a hot new restaurant to catch up with your friends and family, give this a listen and learn of the latest and greatest (this part of the conversation starts about 10-15 minutes into the podcast production).

And then for the FOOD: This week, Caitlin shared with us all kinds of tips for turning your leftovers into tasty ingredients. Already perfectly seasoned, turn your leftover mashed potatoes into homemade gnocchi (just add some flour and egg), turn your leftover stuffing into leftover stuffing balls – or said a tad more eloquently, Thanksgiving Arancini Balls.  Side note – search Google for leftover Stuffing Balls and look who shows up in first place? That made us laugh when we saw all kinds of traffic on our site.
