The Cooking with Caitlin Show with Steven Reineke

On this episode of The Cooking with Caitlin Show, it is our great fortune to host the jet-setting Associate Conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, Steven Reineke, just before he zips away to New York City for a stint at Carnegie Hall.  In honor of his visit, Caitlin prepares a menu meant to engage all the senses.  Right along with Caitlin and Steven, learn to create the crack! of a Parmesan Tuille, the slurp! of linguine with mussels, and the pop! of sweet-savory Red Raspberry Bon Bons.
