When I am looking to switch it up from the same old hamburger, these chorizo burgers do the trick. Some might consider this to be a gourmet burger, and when you learn how easy it is to make after watching this youtube cooking video, you will be proud to serve this chorizo burger.

Just mildly spicy, the pork really allows the flavors to shine.

I like to combine this with my other burgers when tailgating. You can also add grilled peppers and onions (see recipe) as you see in the picture.
