Spinach and Garlic Pesto

I use this pesto recipe in my Caprese Burger.

all ingredients
- 1/2 Pound Spinach
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 Cup Parmesan
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Tarragon
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Cup Olive Oil

Throw everything but the oil into a food processor and chop until almost completely smooth. Add oil in a slow and steady stream.
cooking tips
- To save leftovers of your homemade pesto, add a layer of olive oil on top of the sauce before putting it in the refrigerator. The oil will help preserve the pesto and extend its shelf life.
