Pumpkin Waffle Sandwich

Molly calls this “Thanksgiving-in-a-Bite.” Kelly calls it a “Party in Your Mouth.” I call it my solution to a fridge full of leftovers. And everything tastes better on a waffle.

all ingredients

  • 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Canned Cranberry Jelly
  • 1 Cooked Turkey Breast
  • 6 Pumpkin Waffles

recipe instruction

1. If using thicker Belgium waffles, slice in half.

2. Smear one side of the waffles with a big spoonful of mashed potatoes.

3. Smear the other side with cranberry jelly. Approximately 2-3 Tb

4. On the mashed potatoes side, place thinly sliced turkey breast.

5. Close the sandwich and cook in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes.

6. Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
