all ingredients

  • 1 Dough Uncooked pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 Cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup Goat cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh lemon zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh chopped basil
  • 1-2 Large tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive oil

recipe instruction

1. In a large bowl combine ricotta, goat cheese, lemon zest, basil, salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator.

2. Smear the pizza dough with oliv oil and cook in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.

3. Once pizza is finished cooking, generously cover with the cheese mixture.

4. Cut the tomatoes in half and position all over the pizza to your liking.
