Cuban Sandwich

a great twist to the classic ham sandwich

Looking for a new sandwich to make – something that is tasty yet oh-so-easy? Try my version of a Cuban sandwich. My “secret” is in the zesty rub used on the pork tenderloin. It gives the pork a nice flavor, without overpowering the sandwich.

I recommend that you serve this up at parties – just cut the Cuban sandwich into smaller bites and serve as an appetizer. If you have vegetarian guests you could also serve my Vegetarian Focaccia Sandwich. Or, if you are looking for a new sandwich to serve up for a family dinner, this will surely become a crowd pleaser – it is in my house.
