With a small child and one on the way, I am super short on time and consequently high on substitute ideas. I know what it is like to be halfway through cooking before realizing that you are missing a key ingredient, or a specific tool. Because of that, I have become very creative.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEND A TON OF MONEY TO MAKE AMAZING MEALS and DESSERTS. Use what you have. In my case, it was a baby bottle.
