cooking information
- Yield: 50
- Prep Time: 1 minutes
- Cooking Time: 7 minutes
all ingredients
- 5 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup Kahlua
- 2 Cups Dried Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cinnamon
recipe instruction
1. Place your chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
2. In a sauce pot, bring your cream and Kahlua to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, slowly pour over your chocolate chips and whisk together. You want the cream and chocolate to mix together and become almost like a frosting-like consistency. If you end up with too much liquid, just spoon it off and set aside.
3. Place your chocolate and cream ganache in the refrigerator to harden. It’ll take about 1 hour.
4. Once your chocolate has hardened, using two spoons, scoop little balls onto a piece of foil (or if you don’t mind getting messy, you can always use your hands).
5. In a separate mixing bowl combine you dried cocoa and cinnamon. Toss your chocolate balls in the dried mixture, set aside and refrigerate until you serve.
cooking tips
- You can choose to make these smaller or larger in size!
- I have made these and ended up with too much of the heavy whipping cream mixture. I stored it a container and used it in my coffee instead.
