Parmesan Shortbread

Parmesan Shortbread

a delicious homemade shortbread cracker

These Parmesan cheese shortbread crackers can be dressed up or down. Serve them with a simple cut of cheese or deck them out New Year’s Eve style and top them with roast beef and Gorgonzola, or mozzarella and a roasted tomato. They are delicious addition to any gathering.

I like to serve these with my Smoked Turkey Appetizer, Baked Prosciutto Cups and Grilled Lamb Chops.
