Cuban Burger
a zesty twist to your burger
Loaded with great fresh citrus flavor (orange, lemon and lime) this Cuban burger is sure to hit the spot. It brings a little bit of the unexpected to your grilling routine.

all ingredients
- 5 Pounds Ground Pork
- 2 Lemons, Limes and Oranges
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Pound Sliced Ham
- 3/4 Pound Swiss Cheese
- 1 Jar Thinly Sliced Sandwich Pickles
- 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
- 20 Rolls
recipe instruction
1. In a large bowl, combine zest of orange, lemon, lime, oregano, salt, pepper and juices of oranges and limes
2. Mix with ground pork
3. Create 4 oz. burgers
4. Cook for 10 minutes, flip and finish cooking (approximately 5 additional minutes). For the last 2 minutes, top the burger with slice of ham, pickle, slice of Swiss cheese
5. Squirt roll with yellow mustard, serve and enjoy!

- When zesting your fruit, be sure not to push too hard and get the white part of the fruit.
